Any orders placed on the same postage day will be processed for the next scheduled postage day.
Fees for shipping for East Malaysia is FREE.
For Sabah and Sarawak (West Malaysia) additional RM 15 will be charged.
The courier delivery in charge is J&T Express or Pos Laju.
Tracking no. will be provided upon the day of courier collection from our warehouse via SMS
Any changes of address before three days of collection day will not be entertain.
We are not responsible for transportation handling mistake or damaged from the courier company. But we will make sure everything thoroughly checked and wrapped accordingly before shipping.
All deliveries come with basic insurance coverage provided by courier (up to RM100 coverage). For compensation claims, all lost and damaged parcels have to be reported within 24 working hours
