Return & Refund Policy
- We are highly commended to make sure every item is thoroughly checked before the delivery process.
- We guarantee a full refund/replacement ONLY:
- If goods are missing during our handling or broken before delivery
- If the goods are deemed not working after arrival (for watches)
- If the items are out of stock after booking have been made (unless the customer wants to change the order with a different item in stock)
- However, the customer has to make a report to us within 1 Day after items arrival.
- We cannot make a refund for an item that has been worn and used after one day.
- The item cannot be exchanged to another item once the booking has been made.
- For watch under warranty:
- Returns, Replacements or Repairs must be coordinated with the GaloShire team. We will guide the customer for the warranty process to Official Brand Store.
- For a refund, you can submit your refund request here.
The Refund process will take around 2-3 working days.
